How The MaanasaHealth Telehealth Platform Works

Maanasa Care India Private Limited operates and promotes MaanasaHealth.com — an exclusive telehealth platform dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health and well-being services. All services are delivered by accredited, licensed, and experienced psychology professionals.

Our platform offers a secure, privacy-compliant environment, adhering to international data protection standards, to ensure that all mental health consultations remain confidential and professional.

Clients can schedule appointments up to 30 days (4 weeks) in advance, depending on practitioner availability. Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Accessing Online Consultation: Simply login to your appointment page of User Account interface at MaanasaHealth.com, click video platform button that appears at the scheduled time, for high resolution seamless consultation experience.

Each standard session lasts 60 minutes, which includes:

  • A minimum of 45 minutes of live video consultation or therapy, and
  • 15 minutes reserved for technical setup, wrap-up, and administrative follow-up to support flexible care.

1. Appointments & Payment – MaanasaHealth.com

  • Secure Payments: All payments are processed safely via Razorpay, and a confirmation email with a digital receipt will be sent upon successful payment. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Insurance & Reimbursement: MaanasaHealth does not accept direct medical or health insurance payments. However, clients can access consultation invoices and reports through their Client Health Records or request them via email to support insurance claims or employee wellness reimbursements.
  • Booking Window: Appointments can be scheduled up to 30 days in advance, subject to the selected practitioner’s availability. Clients may book multiple sessions with the same or different practitioners as per their needs.
  • Booking for Others: If a registered user is booking an appointment on behalf of another individual, it is assumed that the user holds legal guardianship or has obtained the necessary consent to make the booking.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At MaanasaHealth.com, we value your time and that of our practitioners. To ensure smooth scheduling and fair use of our services, please review our cancellation and rescheduling policy below:

  • Rescheduling: Appointments can be rescheduled free of charge up to 4 hours before the scheduled session.
  • Cancellations (with notice): Cancellations made at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled session are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Late Cancellations (within 4 hours): Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the appointment time are non-refundable and not eligible for free rescheduling.
  • Missed Appointments (No Show/DNA): If you miss your appointment without prior notice, it will be marked as a Did Not Attend (DNA). These are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled without a new booking and payment.

3. Practitioner Responsibility

  • MaanasaHealth.com serves as a telehealth platform that hosts independent, accredited psychology and mental health professionals, each of whom is solely responsible for their clinical practice and the services they provide.
  • This platform does not support or facilitate medication prescriptions. Clients in need of medication-based treatment are advised to consult a licensed psychiatrist or medical doctor for appropriate care.
